Over the course of 23 years, Patricia has grown to be a collaborative leader with broad-based expertise in Human Development & Special Needs services- in many of facets of the industry. Patricia has had the awesome opportunity to establish 12 residential homes and 2 Day Programs as the co-owner of Agape Homes, LLC dba Advancement Group while providing Habilitation, Room & Board, Education, and Life-Skills Training to over 100+ special needs individuals statewide from 2006 to 2015. In this role, Patricia, oversaw, trained and equipped staff and managed 1,000+ employee files within a 9-year timeframe, to ensure that during Agape Homes, LLC dba Advancement Group maintained an 100% compliance with the State of Arizona through all seasons and especially in times of rapid growth.

 To date, Patricia has had the joy of training over 700+ Direct care staff and management in the areas of CPR & 1st Aid, C.I.T./Prevention & Support, Cultural Competencies, Medication Administration, Incident Reporting, Direct Care & Skill building, Article 9, Confidentiality, Team Building, Compliance & Records Management, Initial Training, Positive behavior Support, Diversity and DDD Policy & Procedure. In addition, she has successfully screened thousands of employees for many agencies via Federal and State background checks, fingerprinting, hiring & firing, HR rules and regulations, payroll, contract compliance, financial statements, quarterly IRS payments, business insurance, workman comp compliance.

 Being highly entrepreneurial driven, and focused to build and establish a highly productive, efficient, and effective environment that is conducive to growth and development, Patricia still maintains the understanding of what is most important and continues to be ‘people oriented’ and this is her continued, core motivation as she upholds relationship building, and people empowerment as the driving forces behind her dedication to her various roles in the I/DD space. Alongside her husband, Patricia’s aim is to impart her years of experience, learnings, and successes to the current and next generation of I/dd providers serving with the wider I/DD population.
