Starting off at an entry level position as a Direct Support Staff, Jason A Morgan, Sr., quickly gained both a passion and an expansive heart for the I/DD population and their families- now, 22 years later, he has gained extensive experience in the I/DD space and almost two Decades of Training & Entrepreneurship Experience by having Launched, built and sold his own AZDES/DDD company- Agape Homes, LLC dba Advancement Group.

Jason & Patricia’s team at Advancement Group provided excellent hands-on care to all of the people they served by carrying and delivering a very high standard of excellence, cleanliness, and safety from start to Finish. All in a 9-year span of time, Advancement Group grew from 0 to 14 locations and 300+ employees all across the state. Locations consisted of 12 Residential Facilities, and 2 Day Training Centers located in: Phoenix, Glendale, Avondale, Goodyear, Chino Valley, Prescott Valley, Gilbert and Tempe Arizona.

Jason’s heart is to give the wealth of knowledge that he has gained through his success, learnings and hammered out and proven ways of building in order to help agencies, staff, and their wider business sector clients avoid future mistakes, and setbacks while hitting their goal(s) in the most accurate manner.

Jason lives in the West area of Arizona with his wife of 23 years & their five beautiful children. Jason holds true to his values by prioritizing God, Marriage, Family, and Community and in his spare time, Jason loves to write and record music as well as play basketball with his sons.
